Really couldn't tell you. They gave a three hour window to show up. I called 2 hours prior and again at the beginning of the window to see how their schedule was looking. I informed the person that I would be at my house or have a note to call me if I stepped out. One hour into the window, they called and left a message on my spouse's cell phone that said we had 10 minutes to call them back or they were moving on. In my calls to the office, no one ever said, we will call before we come - in fact I asked if they would and they said they couldn't. So I left a note on my door expecting someone to show up. No one ever showed. I called after giving them 45 minutes past the 3-hour window and ended up with the emergency number. The guy chewed me out for calling emergency when I had no other means of finding out if my service rep was going to show up. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere and when I informed A-1 that I was doing so, they didn't seem to concerned at all about losing a customer.
